  • Can I get a refund or exchange my order?
    We do not offer refunds, however we will offer an exchange/store credit on full priced items only. Please refer to our Returns Policy for terms and conditions.
  • Do you have a shop or store?
    Currently we sell our products online via our website. We also have pop up stalls at Warners Bay markets, Pelican Foreshore markets, and Long Jetty markets.
  • Where are your products made?
    Our products are designed in Australia and handcrafted in Bali. Our Mango Wood pieces are designed in Australia and sourced from India.
  • Do you offer shipping/postage and how much is the cost?
    Yes we ship/post Australia wide. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the size & weight of your order, as per Australia Post shipping cost.
  • How long will it take before I receive my order?
    All orders placed before 11am will be posted the next business day. Australia Post Shipping timeframes are currently: 7-10 days to Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory & Far North Queensland 5-7 days to New South Wales and Queensland
  • How will my order be protected during transit?
    All orders are bubble wrapped with care and attention to detail, and with extra protection added for fragile products.
  • Do you offer click and collect?
    We currently do not offer click and collect.
