All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are delivered to you within 7-10 business days depending on your address.


Delivery is via Australia Post.


We offer FREE shipping within Australia on orders over $150.


All orders under $100 are sent standard delivery.


Orders over $100 are sent as registered delivery. We will cover the insurance on your order.


A tracking number will be forwarded to you once the item has been posted. Orders can be tracked on the Australia Post website.


Hali Boho Co will not be held responsible for any postage delays that may occur. This is out of our control. All postal inquiries will need to be made with Australia Post regarding your delivery.

All orders are packed with care to avoid products being damaged in transit. Hali Boho Co will not be held responsible for damaged items in transit.

Please choose your items carefully. We do not offer refunds, however, we will offer an exchange/store credit on full-priced items.

Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Measurements and description are listed on all products.

All of our products are handcrafted and may vary slightly to the photo. These are not faults and are part of the character of the item. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible. Please note we will not be held responsible for slight colour discrepancies.

Terms and Conditions


  • All products must be returned within 7 days of receipt, all shipping costs relating to the return will be at the buyer’s expense and the original shipping costs will not be included in the store credit amount or the exchanged item chosen at the time of return. Shipping for the new order will be at the buyer’s expense.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with swing tags attached and in its original packaging. We cannot accept any item not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts. Please email us at for authorisation before returning your product. Please retain your order number or receipt for proof of purchase. No RETURNS will be processed without proof of purchase.

  • If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee receiving your returned item. Any lost returns should be followed up with the company used for sending back your order.

  • Once your returned order is received you will be then provided with the store credit from your original purchase.

  • If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us immediately via our Contact Form. Photos will need to be provided and the item may need to be returned. Claims for incorrect items can only be made within 2 days of receipt of goods.

  • Please note: we do not accept returns on sale products.
